Our Story

Ohana Behavioral Group was founded by two college friends, Dr. Gonzales and Alma Perez, who shared a deep passion for working with families and children with special needs in the community they grew up in. Their dream to open an agency centered around the concept of "Ohana" – meaning family – was a common thread that united them.

Both Dr. Gonzales and Alma Perez are dedicated clinicians who strive to make a meaningful difference not only for the patients they serve but also for the employees who work alongside them. They believe that every website has a story, and they want to share theirs with you.
